Frogs' Eye Salad

Some poor soul who had never been to one of our family gatherings came to Easter this year. Funniest moment: Immediately after my mother explained that they weren't bread & butter pickles, but "sweet horseradish dills," Michele tried to convince her that the frog's eye salad with pineapple and pasta was delicious.
